Signature

The
feeders are designed on the basis of signature 'Peel off' system.
Alloy rollers persistently peel each signature from the pile. One of
the three rotating vacuum shafts respectively separates the signature
without friction from the pile and laid on the conveyor chain. -
Signature with and without
over fold can be handled.

Stitcher
The
saddle stitcher DH2/SS6 designed to meet the needs of modern bindery
which performs to an automatic stitching line with 10 feeders, three
knife trimmer. -

Fore-edge is trimmed in first
operation and head/foot are trimmed in second operation. Online
trimming provides consistent and right angle trimming quality of the
project.
